Knowing about Chinese culture

On April 4, 2022, in the student’s dormitory of the university, the Chinese language teachers of the Department of Oriental Languages ​​​​Siddikova M., Shamsiddinova Z., Valieva M. and Vakhabov J. has held an event with the second and third year students who study Chinese to familiarize students with Chinese culture. During the event, Chinese language teachers gave extensive information and introduced students to China's rich culture, interesting traditions and local holidays. The students also learned how to play traditional Chinese board games such as “Weichi” (Chinese checkers) and “Xiangchi” (Chinese chess). After the event, the students shared their impressions about the event and offered to organize the same event of this format again.
