About an academic visit of the representatives from Lund University of Sweden to the University of World Economy and Diplomacy

Representatives from Lund University of Sweden consisting of Matthias Baier – Head of Sociology of Law Department, Isabel Schoultz – researcher at the Department of Sociology of Law, Rustamjon Urinboyev – researcher at the Department of Sociology of Law paid a visit to university on 17-22 October 2016 within the framework of the project “Erasmus+Key action1 International Credit Mobility”.

During this visit, there were held a number of events with the participation of teachers and students of International Law faculty of UWED. Since the lecturers are considered to be leading specialists in the sphere of sociology of law, students have got a unique opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the field of sociology of law. The lectures raised heated debates among the students and gave them an opportunity to receive the state-of-the-art knowledge on sociology of law.

Thanks to the establishment of official relationship and academic cooperation between these universities, the guests expressed their strong interest and will for further cooperation in the future.
