Competitions in push-ups and sit-ups

On September 27, 2020, tournament on a push-up (boys) and squat (girls) was held among students of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, which was organised by the "UWED Sports club". In connection with the measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, the responsible persons proposed the option of holding competitions in an online format. Responsible for the tournament was Dilmurodov Shukhrat. For the success of the tournament, Dilmuradov Shukhrat conducted preliminary work via Zoom aimed at familiarizing with the requirements of the tournament. 8 male students took part in the push-up competition (among boys) (the list is given below). The purpose of this event was to develop physical abilities not only in boys, but also in girls. 8 female students took part in the competition of sit-ups (the list is given below). Students took part in the competition with great responsibility and undisguised interest. During all the games, Dilmuradov Shukhrat kept a protocol, on the basis of which the places of the winners were distributed and the winners of the tournament were identified.

The competition was held on the basis of goodwill and energized everyone. Girls have acquired the necessary and useful skills of proper sports. Overcoming the excitement, each participant strove to win. During the games, students were friendly to their opponents and empathized with other people's failures.
