UWED Change Project

In October 2019, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the British Council announced a competition for projects aimed at improving the quality of education in higher educational institutions within the framework of the project “The Importance of Higher Education in Employment” planned for three years. The University of World Economy and Diplomacy won the competition by participating in its project.

Within the framework of the project, on December 11-13, 2019, the first workshop was held in Tashkent in cooperation with the Great Britain Advance HE organization. Representatives of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy participating in this training seminar returned with new ideas to improve the quality of education at the university.
