Hungary Student Grants Competition

In accordance with the agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and Hungary on cooperation in the field of education, science and culture of 12.21.2017. The Hungarian government holds an online grant competition.
This program can involve students completing their undergraduate studies and planning to enroll in a magistracy, as well as undergraduates, employees of departments, administrations and administration of universities planning to enter a doctoral program.
Grants of the Hungarian government are allocated for the academic year 2020 \ 2021 with payment of tuition fees, covering the cost of living in a hostel, paying monthly scholarships and medical insurance.

Online filing begins on November 15, 2019.
The deadline for filling out the questionnaire online is January 15, 2020.
The documents will be accepted and selected by the Hungarian side for subsequent approval by the sending party in the period of February 28, 2020.
According to the agreements between the Uzbek and Hungarian parties, that representatives of the republic’s universities that will be sent to study in Hungarian universities must return to the sending university for further study at this university for a certain time. This is one of the important conditions of the competition, which should be taken into account.
To submit documents to doctoral studies, the following should be considered:
- applicants for doctoral studies can not apply for undergraduate, graduate, single-level education and training programs without obtaining a degree.
- all students applying for a doctoral program must have a supervisor at the host university;
- a statement of acceptance issued by the head must be attached to the questionnaire.
In the first year of study, all students, except those who apply for doctoral studies, are required to attend the Hungarian as a Foreign Language course offered by the host university and pass the exam at the end of the second semester (except for scholarship holders studying in Hungarian).
