The procedure for holding a competition for the position of head of the UWED department

Demonstrate an excellent understanding of key ideas, terms and concepts of political science, and ability to convey and teach them to students in a clear fashion.

Demonstrate linguistic competence in Uzbek, Russian and English languages, and ability to read and analyse political science literature in these languages.

Demonstrate a sufficient level of familiarity with MS Office, Google, and Adobe applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat.

Demonstrate sufficient amount of experience working with at least one online educational platform, such as Moodle, Blackboard, etc.

Demonstrate the ability to locate relevant political science literature on the internet. This may include electronic copies of journal articles, books (especially those published abroad).
