The title of the seminar: System analysis and modeling of socio-economic processes.

Coordinators: Departments of "Mathematical Modeling and information technology” and “System analysis and management”.

Purpose: To establish a platform for exchanging scientific and research experience, representing a launching pad for subsequent large-scale scientific projects and research; contribution to scientific and educational potential, space and horizons, as well as, collaborate young researchers and scientists to discuss prospects and find solutions referring to various areas of research.

The topics of the seminar:

  • Using the system analysis apparatus in solving problems of the international economy and management, international relations and international law;
  • Econometric analysis of socio-economic indicators;
  • Modeling of international economic processes;
  • Stochastic models in economics;
  • Theory and management decision-making methods;
  • Mathematical models of the securities market and their application;
  • Development of distance learning methods and teaching methods in the Moodle system.

Research in these areas is based not only on the classical approach, but also on the advanced software solutions used in our time. Research is planned using software packages and products as Python, R, PHP, SQL, Maple, Matlab, QM, C++.

Professors, researchers and teachers from all universities, as well as graduate and undergraduate students are invited to this scientific and methodological seminar.
